Potsdam overview

This tour gives you in short time an overview of the town's most beautiful sides. We show you the baroque center and you see Nicholas Church (Nicolaikirche) planned by K.F. Schinkel, the Old Town Hall, the Fortuna Gate of the former city castle, preserved town gates, city areas with particular character, like the Dutch Quarter and the Russian colony Alexandrowka, the Royal Stables – today's Film Museum – and the former Royal Coach Stables, today the House of Brandenburg-Prussian History. A Mosque decorated with a minaret disguises a real steam pump house, and a carillon shows you the former place of the Garrison Church.
